Granddaughter of Mother passes awaySaturday March 15 2008 09:15 IST PUDUCHERRY: Pournaprema (77), granddaughter of Mother of Sri AurobindoAshram, passed away at 3 am on Friday at her residence on the ashrampremises after prolonged illness. Pournaprema, who was born Francoise Morisset, is survived by son MichelLemaire. Morisset joined the ashram in the late 50s and was namedPournaprema by the Mother. She used to write books, articles and was engaged in ashram relatedliterary activities. Pournaprema had been ailing for almost a decade nowand was receiving treatment in France and Puducherry.
